These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AxionConnect AI platform operated by JSTAG Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “AxionConnect AI”, “we”, “us”).

AxionConnect AI is a business-to-business (B2B) WhatsApp customer-engagement platform provided to vehicle dealerships and their authorized personnel.

By accessing or using AxionConnect AI, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Use of Platform

AxionConnect AI may be used only by authorized dealership users. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities performed through their accounts. Messaging through the platform is also subject to the terms and policies of WhatsApp and Meta.

Services

AxionConnect AI provides digital tools for customer enquiry follow-up, WhatsApp messaging, lead tracking, and reporting. AxionConnect AI does not guarantee message delivery, sales outcomes, or timelines dependent on third-party services or authorities.

Payments

All payments made are for platform usage and services. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. AxionConnect AI does not act as a bank, wallet provider, or financial institution.

Limitation of Liability

AxionConnect AI shall not be liable for delays, losses, or issues arising from incorrect data submission, automated or AI-generated responses, third-party dependencies (including WhatsApp and Meta), regulatory authorities, or external systems.

Termination

AxionConnect AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, violation of terms, or non-payment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Thane, Maharashtra.
